By accessing or using the Cravel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cravel provides a luxury travel platform that connects travelers with curated hospitality services, tours, accommodations, and experiences across Africa. We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers ("Partners"). Cravel does not own or operate the hotels, tours, or other services listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Cravel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through the platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective Partner. Prices are displayed in the currency specified and may be subject to taxes and fees. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. By making a booking, you agree to the specific cancellation and refund policies associated with that service.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service and are clearly displayed at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. Cravel reserves the right to charge a processing fee for cancellations made outside the free cancellation window.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, or submit false or misleading information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cravel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cravel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you through the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
